Why a Vehicle May Not Appear

A few things affect which vehicles you'll see on the portal:

  • Your location. Riders in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, and Washington DC areas are part of our Pandahub program, and each hub has its own inventory. Riders outside those areas are part of our Direct Ship program, which shares one inventory.

  • Your employer's program. Some employers only offer certain vehicles.

  • Size and color. Each size and color is stocked separately, so one may be available while another isn't.

Options If Your Vehicle Isn't Available

  • Check back on the portal. Vehicles are added back as other riders return them.

  • Try a different size or color, if one works for you.

  • Look at a similar vehicle. Many of our vehicles have comparable range and features.

FAQs

Is there a waitlist for vehicles?

  • No. Inventory is first come, first served, so the portal is always the most accurate place to check.

Can Ridepanda hold or reserve a vehicle for me?

  • No. Our support team sees the same inventory you do, so we can't hold or reserve vehicles that aren't listed.

When will a vehicle be back in stock?

  • Vehicles come back into stock when other riders return them. Once a returned vehicle is ready, it's added back to the portal. Because returns happen at different times, we can't predict when a specific vehicle will be available.

Why do I see an error page when I open a vehicle link?

  • This means the vehicle is no longer in stock. Head back to the portal to see what's currently available.

Can I switch programs to see more vehicles?

  • No. Your program is set by your location, so the vehicles you see are the ones available in your area.
