Vehicle Swaps & Buyout

We definitely want you to have a vehicle that best fits your needs! Swapping to a new vehicle within the first 30 days of your subscription is free of charge. To start the process of swapping your vehicle, contact support@ridepanda.com with the following information:

• The model of vehicle you'd like to swap to.

• Size of vehicle (if applicable).

• Color of vehicle (if applicable).

After the initial 30 days, you can request to swap your vehicle for a one-month restocking fee that is equal to your monthly subscription payment. To start the process of swapping your vehicle, contact support@ridepanda.com with the following information:

• The model of vehicle you'd like to swap to.

• Size of vehicle (if applicable).

• Color of vehicle (if applicable).

After 12 months you no longer pay a restocking fee to swap to a different vehicle. The process to request a swap is the same as those stated above.

You can review our current vehicle selection by going to our customer portal. If you are currently logged in, you will need to logout in order to reset it to view inventory. Once you do, you'll be able to reselect your organization and location, and browse available vehicles!

For current orders or subscriptions, a swap request resets the fulfillment timeline and you can keep your current vehicle while this new vehicle is being prepared for you by our team. Once your new order is ready, you will be notified directly and receive a link to schedule an in-person vehicle or swap or delivery vehicle swap.

Vehicle buyout is only available to customers who started their subscriptions prior to April 1st, 2024 and have subscribed to a single vehicle with us for 12 months or longer. Eligible customers can find more details on pricing for buying out different vehicles in our Buyout Guide. Buyout price depends on subscription length, with lower the price for longer the subscription.

Please be advised that our vehicle buyout prices are set and we cannot match seasonal discounts or sales that large e-vehicle brands sometimes offer.
