Direct Ship - Returning Your Vehicle

Edited

Overview

Ready to return your vehicle? Use this guide to assist you with the Direct Ship packing and shipping process for cancellation returns and swap orders.

How Does it Work

Packing Tips

  • Completely remove all previous labels and markings from the outside of your box or case. This includes shipping labels, barcodes and HAZMAT, class 9, ground shipping only and warning stickers, etc. Please refer to BikeFlights video on How To Remove Old Labels.

  • Install the battery into the vehicle. We recommend shipping it at a sustaining charge level of 30%.

  • If your vehicle had app connectivity, please be sure to disconnect your account from the vehicle before initiating the return process. This will help ensure that your account is properly unlinked and prevent any future issues.

  • Power off your vehicle so it is off during transit.

  • Due to the higher weight of e-bikes, use more and denser padding to protect your entire bike. Expect your bike to be laid on its side during transit.

  • Once we’ve sent you your BikeFlights return shipping label, please make sure to attach it to your bike box correctly. For detailed instructions on how to place the label, refer to this BikeFlights video.

Where do I go to drop off my vehicle?

Once your vehicle is packed and ready, we kindly ask all our customers to drop it off at their nearest UPS Service Center.
