How to Load your Edenred Card

Some customers may be using their subsidy through their Edenred benefit provided by their employer. This article will be helpful if you need a brief tutorial on how to add funds to your account so you can use your subsidy card.

How To Load Your Edenred Card
Most Edenred customers will have their Edenred card linked to their "Public and Shared Transportation" account. Please follow the instructions below to ensure this account is properly funded so that your card can process purchases.
From the dashboard, under Benefit Election Deadline, select ‘Order Now’.
Select "Fund My Prepaid Card" from the list of options.
Select "Public & Shared Transportation" from the available the categories.
Enter your order details and click "Review Order".
Review your order, and click "Elect Benefits".
A confirmation will display that your order has been placed.
Intuit Subscribers
Intuit Edenred users have separate claims for bike subscription's called Mobility and employees are supposed to add funds to the Mobility account which is different than the usual Public and Shared Transportation account. To load your Edenred card, you'll follow the instructions above but you'll select Mobility instead of Public & Shared Transportation.
