Direct Ship - Cancellation & Return
Overview
Ready to return your vehicle? Use this guide to assist you with the Direct Ship packing and shipping process for cancellation returns.
How It Works
Canceling within the first 12 months of your subscription incurs a restocking fee equal to one month of your current subscription price. Canceling after the initial 12 months does not incur a restocking fee.
Important Note: Direct Ship customers must return all Ridepanda equipment (charger, lock, keys, batteries) along with their vehicles within the same shipment (the battery will need to be shipped separately in some cases). Customers will be charged replacement fees for any items not returned with the returned vehicle in the same shipment.
To cancel your subscription, you will need to return your vehicle by shipping it back to us. If you no longer have the original box, you can obtain a replacement and receive assistance with packing the vehicle by locating a local bike shop near you. To locate a shop, you can use the BikeFlights Top Shop search engine. If you have the original box that the vehicle arrived in, please take it with you so that the bike shop can use it to pack your vehicle.
Once the vehicle is packed, you will affix the shipping label we will provide. We kindly ask that you drop off the package at your nearest UPS Service Center.
Shipping Your Battery
In some cases, your electric vehicle battery must be shipped separately from the vehicle. When this happens, the battery must be packed and labeled according to hazardous materials (hazmat) guidelines.
Packing Requirements
Place the battery in a sturdy, rigid box with no movement inside. Use non-flammable cushioning (foam or thick cardboard).
Protect and insulate all battery terminals to prevent short-circuiting.
Clearly label the box as containing a lithium-ion battery, per UPS requirements. UPS or the repair shop can usually assist with labeling.

A clear photo of the packed battery
Box dimensions
Approximate weight
We will then generate and send you a prepaid shipping label that meets all carrier requirements.
Remember: All items that came with your vehicle must be returned. A charge will apply for any unreturned items as outlined in the table below.

Will I be reimbursed for the packing fee at the bike shop?
Yes! You will be reimbursed for the costs associated with having your bike packed by a professional at a bike shop near you. Just send us your receipt for reimbursement to support@ridepanda.com!
