Requesting Replacement Chargers

Lost your charger and unable to find it? Need an extra charger? Check out this article for assistance.
Important To Know
Ridepanda does not keep extra chargers on hand, so we are unable to provide additional chargers upon request. For safety and warranty reasons, we also cannot allow the use of aftermarket chargers, as doing so could damage the vehicle and goes against our policy.

FAQs
Will Ridepanda cover the cost of the replacement or extra charger?
Ridepanda subscribers are responsible for paying for replacement or additional chargers. This expense is not covered by your PandaCare.
My charger is not working anymore. Will I have to pay for a replacement?
If your charger was previously working but has since stopped, and the issue is not due to negligence, it may be defective. In this case, the replacement will be covered under warranty, and you will not be charged.

This policy applies to all Hub, Partner Shop Program and Direct Ship subscribers.
