Locating the Serial Number on Your Vehicle

This article will help you find the serial number for your Direct Ship vehicle. You will find this information essential for various purposes, including filing a police report, registering your vehicle with us, or keeping it for your records.

The serial number for Priority bikes are located on a barcode under the bike, next to the crank.

The serial number on Brompton bikes are located on the bike's seat tube.

The serial number can be found stamped to the front of your JackRabbit, between the handlebars and the front wheel.

The serial number for VMAX scooters are located on the side of the deck. The deck is where you place your feet.

The serial number is engraved on the bike frame below the RAD badge at the front of the bike. You can also find the serial number on the sticker on the outside of the box in which your bike was delivered.

The serial number for your OKAI scooter can be found under the deck (where you place your feet).

The serial number for your Xtracycle is located on the bike's seat tube.

Once you’ve located your serial number, please register your vehicle here or email it to support@ridepanda.com along with a clear picture of the serial number for verification.

Why do I need the serial number to register my vehicle with you?

• Registration helps establish that you are the subscriber of the vehicle. This is especially useful if your vehicle is lost or stolen. It also provides an easy reference in case you need to provide documentation for warranty, repair, or recall purposes.

What should I do if I can’t find the serial number on my vehicle?

Can I locate the serial number online or in any of my purchase documents?

• No, you cannot find your serial number online or through any other documents at this time. However, once you submit your serial number to us and we add it to your records, you will be able to view it within your Ridepanda account.
