Subscription Guidelines for Interns and Part-Time Employees
Overview
This article explains how Ridepanda's subscription policies apply specifically to interns and part-time employees of our partner companies. If you're an intern or part-time employee and need clarity on how the program works for you, this guide will help you understand the details and what to expect.
How Subscription Policies Apply to Interns
Ridepanda allows for interns and part-time employees that are eligible for commuter benefits to begin a subscription through either Hub, Spoke, or Direct Ship subscription types. This subscription gives you access to Ridepanda's inventory and services that are offered to full-time employees at our partner companies.
Interns and part-time employees are required to adhere to the same rules and are subject to the Terms & Conditions applicable to full-time employees.
As an intern and part-time employee you must have a valid partner company email address to initiate a subscription and cannot start a subscription prior to starting your internship.
Since interns and part-time employees are not full-time employees, you must pay a restocking fee equal to one monthly payment when ending your subscription, even if you are leaving your internship and/or moving away.
FAQs
How can interns and part-time employees ensure that they can return their vehicles on time?
Returning vehicles, usually with little lead time, presents challenges for riders during peak season when appointment availability is generally lower. We encourage you to return your vehicle when you can and then request a pro-rated refund manually through email (support@ridepanda.com).
Subscription Eligibility
Interns and part-time employees that have commuter benefits are eligible to subscribe to any program available to regular employees or partner members in their office.
