We’re sorry to see you go, but we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible! In this article, we’ll explain our cancelation policy and how to cancel your subscription.


How It Works

What is the policy for canceling my subscription?

Canceling in the first 12 months of your subscription incurs a restocking fee equal to one month of your current subscription price. However, if you are leaving your employer or moving from our service area for work, this fee is waived. Canceling after the initial 12 months also incurs no fee.

Maintenance and repairs are covered if needed upon the return of your vehicle, unless the damage is due to negligence. Read our Understanding Negligent Use and Pricing for Negligence Repair Items articles for more information.

Upon returning your vehicle, please ensure that all items provided, including the bike, are returned in their original condition. These items include the vehicle battery, keys, charger, lock, and lock keys, and must be returned at the time of drop-off. Fees for any unreturned items are outlined in the table below.

FAQs

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

  • Our month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled anytime. However, if the cancelation occurs in the first 12 months, a restocking fee equal to one month’s subscription payment will apply.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

  • At this time, our subscription service does not include a formal pause option.
