Understanding Your Checkout Price
Overview
The price on a vehicle page is the list price: the standard monthly subscription cost before your employer benefit. At checkout, your benefit is applied, so the amount you pay can be different. This article explains how your checkout price is calculated and what to do if something looks off.
Please Note: Ridepanda doesn't control how much your employer contributes or whether unused benefit rolls over. For questions about your benefit amount, eligibility, or rollover, check with your company's benefits team.
What Affects Your Checkout Price
Your checkout price may differ from the list price because of:
Your employer benefit amount, which varies by company.
How your benefit is paid out. Some employers cover part of the cost at checkout, while others reimburse you later.
Taxes and fees, which are added at checkout.
Your initial deposit. The amount you pay at checkout is a deposit that counts as your first month's subscription payment. Monthly billing starts the day you receive your vehicle.
The vehicle or program you chose. Pandahub and Direct Ship pricing can differ.
How Employer Benefits Are Applied
Every partner employer sets up their benefit a little differently. Here are the most common setups:
Applied at Checkout
Your employer's contribution is subtracted automatically, so you pay only the remaining amount. You'll see the contribution listed as its own line item at checkout.
Paid Through a Benefit Card
If your employer provides an Edenred card, you'll pay with that card at checkout. Your price will look like the full list price, since the benefit comes from the card rather than a discount. See How to Load your Edenred Card.
Reimbursed by Your Employer
Some employers reimburse you through payroll or an expense system. You'll pay the full price at checkout and submit for reimbursement through your employer.
What to Do If Your Price Looks Wrong
Make sure you signed up with your work email. Your benefit is linked to your employer's email domain.
Confirm your benefit setup with your company's benefits team, so you know whether to expect a discount, a benefit card, or a reimbursement.

FAQs
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay?
Yes, for eligible bikes. Ridepanda partners with Flex so you can pay with your HSA or FSA. See Paying with your HSA or FSA.
Does my benefit roll over if I don't use it all?
That depends on your employer's policy, so your benefits team is the best place to ask.
