If your vehicle has a warranty issue, it can be addressed at your local PandaHub or brand retailer. Use this article to learn how to proceed with warranty claims for both brand retailers and PandaHubs.


Instructions

Local Brand Dealer

Parts and labor are covered under warranty. To receive warranty services and claim benefits in your area, refer to the information below:

  • Contact us at support@ridepanda.com.

  • Please confirm your location or zip code with us beforehand so that we can redirect you to the nearest certified brand dealer capable of handling warranty claims.

  • Customers are required to show their subscription receipts as proof of purchase at local retailers.

Most certified brand retailers will have warranty replacement parts readily available. To avoid out-of-pocket fees for replacement parts, please inform the shop that you wish to have the part replaced under the warranty process. Note that the warranty process typically takes between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the availability of brand-specific parts.

  • If you opt for a same-day part replacement and the dealer has the part in stock, you will be responsible for the cost of that part, skipping the warranty process timeline.
