If your vehicle has a warranty issue, it can be addressed at your local PandaHub or brand retailer. This article outlines how to proceed with warranty claims for both locations.


Local Brand Dealer

  • Covered Under Warranty: Parts and Labor

  • To receive warranty services and claim benefits, customers are required to show their subscription receipts as proof of purchase at local retailers.

  • Please confirm your location or zip code with us beforehand so that we can redirect you to the nearest certified brand dealer capable of handling warranty claims. For local recommendations, reach out to support@ridepanda.com.

  • Most certified brand retailers will have warranty replacement parts readily available. To avoid out-of-pocket fees for replacement parts, please inform the shop that you wish to have the part replaced under the warranty process. Note that the warranty process typically takes between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the availability of brand-specific parts.

  • If you opt for a same-day part replacement and the dealer has the part in stock, you will be responsible for the cost of that part, skipping the warranty process timeline.
