How Does it Work

PandaCare

To enhance your experience and make vehicle care as convenient as possible, offer the option to visit a local bike shop of your choice for services and repairs. This alternative is particularly beneficial during the busy riding seasons of Spring and Summer, as it often allows for quicker service.

  • Each visit to a local bike shop is limited to an annual reimbursement limit of $300. To ensure you receive your reimbursement, please remember to email your receipt to support@ridepanda.com. Reimbursement will be paid directly to your bank account or credit card through our Ridepanda Ramp Reimbursement process.

    • Important Note: PandaCare reimbursement is exclusively available for local bike shops ONLY and cannot be applied to negligent damage repairs.
