What is the Direct Ship Program?

Ridepanda's Direct Ship Program allows customers to receive their electric vehicles directly at their office or doorstep.

What is included in the subscription?

The program includes a monthly subscription that covers the scooter or bike, helmet, lock, on-demand repairs, regular maintenance, and insurance against theft and accidents.

  • Important to Note: Locks and helmets will arrive in separate packages, and in some cases, from different vendors. As a result, they may arrive on different days—sometimes a few days after or even before your vehicle delivery.

What brands do you currently offer?

We currently offer scooters from our partner brand VMAX, as well as both e-bike and non-e-bike options from our partner brands Priority Bikes and Brompton. To view the inventory in your area, you can visit our customer portal.

Do I need a special license or permit to ride?

A special permit is not required to ride Ridepanda e-bikes, e-scooters, or pedal bikes in the US.

Is the Direct Ship program the same as the Partner Shop program?

  • The Direct Ship program differs from the Partner Shop program. The key distinction is that Direct Ship subscribers have their vehicles delivered directly to their homes, while Partner Shop customers must pick up their vehicles from the Specialized store they selected during checkout.

Will my vehicle be new or used?

If you are a Direct Ship subscriber, a new vehicle will be shipped to you. If you are not satisfied with its condition once it arrives, simply contact support@ridepanda.com and our team will be happy to help.
