Amazon Buyout Program

The Amazon Buyout Program lets you purchase your subscription vehicle outright, with bigger discounts the longer you ride. Read on to see how it works and what your buyout price could be.

The Buyout Program is a benefit built for Amazon riders. Instead of putting your subsidy toward a bike upfront, this program gives you earlier buyout opportunities so you can own a higher-quality vehicle over time.

Your buyout discount is based on how long you have been subscribed:

• After 6 months: 25% off MSRP

• After 12 months: 50% off MSRP

• After 24 months: 80% off MSRP

• After 30 months: 90% off MSRP

• After 36 months: 95% off MSRP

When you are ready to buy, email support@ridepanda.com and we will calculate your buyout price based on your subscription length and current discount tier.

Once you buy your vehicle, ownership fully transfers to you. At that point, Ridepanda is no longer able to help with repairs or ongoing maintenance, and since you are no longer an active subscriber, responsibility for the bike rests with you. This gives you full control over how and where your bike is serviced.

For your records, your bike's serial number can be found on the receipt we provide. This receipt also serves as proof of purchase and will be helpful for warranty repairs, insurance claims, or any situation where documentation is required.

Warranties do expire, so it's worth protecting your investment. Some renters insurance policies cover bikes against theft or damage, and there are dedicated bike insurance providers as well. Here are a few options:

• Spoke

• Markel

These providers offer coverage for theft, accidents, and certain mechanical issues. We hope they help give you peace of mind after your purchase.

How does swapping a vehicle impact my buyout?

Swapping to another vehicle resets the time you have accrued. For example, if you have been subscribed to Bike A for 6 months and then switch to Bike B, you start over at zero months with Bike B and lose the time built up on Bike A.

Are buyout prices negotiable?

Our buyout prices are set by your subscription length and discount tier. We are not able to match seasonal discounts or sales that large e-vehicle brands sometimes offer.
