Can Ridepanda install fenders, racks, and other accessories?

  • We do not install accessories that are not included with your vehicle or purchased from our hubs. However, if you'd like to further customize your vehicle, you can seek parts and labor from third-party providers. We recommend visiting local bike shops to acquire parts and arrange for installation.

Does Ridepanda sell fenders, racks and other accessories?

  • Select accessories may be available through your local hub. Contact us at support@ridepanda.com to see what's available near you.

Will Ridepanda pay for fenders, racks and other accessories?

  • All customers are responsible for purchasing accessories not pre-installed on their vehicle. Under the new PandaCare program, we can reimburse the cost of eligible accessories (such as fenders), as well as any associated installation or service, whether completed at a third-party bike shop or a Ridepanda Hub where available. PandaCare allows for up to $300 annually in service and accessory reimbursement. Simply forward your receipt to support@ridepanda.com, and we’ll credit your account.
