FAQs

Can Ridepanda install bike lights for me?

  • No, we do not install accessories that do not already come with your vehicle or are purchased outside of our hubs. However, you can seek parts and labor from third parties if you'd like to customize your vehicle. For accessories, we recommend visiting local bike shops for installation.

Does Ridepanda sell bike light accessories?

  • Select accessories are available through your local hub. Contact us at support@ridepanda.com to see what's available near you.

Will Ridepanda pay for bike light accessories?

  • All customers are responsible for purchasing accessories not pre-installed on their vehicle. We do not reimburse for the cost of accessories; however, we do cover installation labor performed at a local bike shop, as well as labor for accessories purchased at our hub through your PandaCare plan. Your PandaCare plan allows for up to 4 visits per year to local shops, with $100 coverage per visit (up to $300 annually). Simply forward the receipt to support@ridepanda.com, and we'll credit your account.
